As a result of this training experience, I dropped weight, I finished my first marathon, and I stayed injury free and also had a speedy recovery time! Making Every Rep Count, LLC is a private personal training practice that provides In Home - Personal Fitness Training.  I, Jeff Brandes, BS, CSCS, will travel to your home to train you… in your basement, den, living room, backyard, deck, or at a park close to home!

You have (3) different program offers to choose from depending on what works best for you and your personal situation, how quickly you want to see results, and how much time you want to spend with me directly:

1. "Transform Your Life" - VIP Program

This program is designed for the individual who is ready for a "Life Changing Experience"!  If you are ready to take your fitness training to another level of existence which will undoubtedly enhance your "Mind, Body, and Spirit", then this journey is for you! 

This is my highest level of coaching!  You have my highest level of support and guidance throughout this incredible experience.  You get all Jeff, all the time!  My training methods are very structured, meticulous, and methodical.  Imagine your fitness training experience:  Training efficiently at a high level, maintaining a good balance of fitness life, personal life, and professional life. All of this while feeling strong, staying injury free, living and loving the life that you have always desired!

This program is designed for the individual who is ready to experience fitness success!  If you are ready to take action and implement your fitness training program to the highest level of efficiency, then this program is for you!  If you have always wanted to train at a "High Intensity" level and travel the road to "Faster Fitness",and be focused on getting "Results", then this program is designed especially for you!

  • Full VIP Day (Up to 8 Hours) - "Master Your Mindset" 
    • Planning and Strategy Session with Jeff where he will show you the steps on how to create the proper mindset for both Fitness Success and Life Success.  The focus of this "Amazing" day is to enjoy the experience of the "5 Steps To Mastering The Life Of Your Dreams"!
  • Complete Fitness Program Design with Strength and Conditioning, Nutrition, Motivation and Mindset Coaching
  • 36 Training Hours (Avg. of 3 "1 Hour Sessions" per week)
    • Training Hours can be used however we see fit, as long as they are used within the 3 Month time frame
  • Priority scheduling over the other Programs
  • Unlimited Email Coaching for quick questions
  • Unlimited Motivational Laser Coaching Calls (15 Minute)
  • Grocery Store Tour Nutrition Education Sessions
  • A copy of my Book entitled, Making Every Rep Count®:  The Secret to a Fast Transformation from Your Fitness Struggles into a Happy and Healthy Lifestyle!

2. "Fitness Transition" - Step It Up Program

This Program is designed for the individual who is ready to "Take the Next Step"!  If you are ready to gradually build your fitness intensity, then this program is for you!  If you have had a great beginning to your fitness lifestyle and you would like to continue to progress, but to do so at a comfortable pace, then this program is designed especially for you!

  • Complete Fitness Program Design with Strength and Conditioning, Cardiovascular, Nutrition, Motivation and Mindset Coaching
  • 24 Training Hours (Avg. of 2 "1 Hour Sessions" per week)
    • Training Hours can be used however we see fit, as long as they are used within the 3 Month time frame
  • Priority scheduling over the Jump Start Program
  • Unlimited Email Coaching for quick questions
  • Two (2) - Motivational Laser Coaching Calls (15 Minute) per week
  • Grocery Store Tour Nutrition Education Sessions

3. "Awaken Your Fitness Spirit" - Jump Start Program

This program is designed for the individual who is ready to "Begin"!  If you are ready to start your fitness lifestyle and want to learn the "Basics" at low to moderate intensity levels, then this program is for you!  If you have always wanted to live the fitness lifestyle but thought that you didn't have enough time and that the training process was too overwhelming and intimidating, then my teaching methods are designed especially for you!  If you have always wanted to build your fitness foundation at a slower, comfortable pace, then this program is designed especially for you!

  • Complete Fitness Program Design with Strength and Conditioning, Cardiovascular, Nutrition, Motivation and Mindset Coaching
  • 12 Training Hours (Avg. of 1 "1 Hour Session" per week)
    • Training Hours can be used however we see fit, as long as they are used within the 3 Month time frame
  • Unlimited Email Coaching for quick questions
  • One (1) - Motivational Laser Coaching Call (15 Minute) per week
  • Grocery Store Tour Nutrition Education Sessions
